Hair line looks amazing very impressing and the donor area looks untouched.
Nice results

How old is he?

yea i’d like to know how old he is too.

also, how much time in advance do you have to book an appointment with Armani? how much money down is required (or what percentage of the total) do you know?

Good work, +1

Great work but how old is this guy ? what happens once he starts to bald more ?

The patient is 29 years old, he is 1 year post op in his after photos.

Dr. Armani usually is booked 2 months in advance, so you should plan accordingly to arrange your procedure.

That’s an immaculate result. I’m almost jelous… I say “almost” because I still think I had one of the best procedures by dr Armani

What I like the most here is that his new and natural looking hairline looks just as dense as the rest of his head and with only 2,500 fue grafts.

Pls show pic of graft placement

i think those 2,500 fue grafts are way too much for this type of hairloss. would like to see graft replacement too!

grt result. What would be the density/cm square of grafts are placed???/

I will have to pull his file to check but I believe it was 70 grafts cm/2 for zone 1.

Maintain what he has using medication, another procedure, shave his head (since he had FUE)…

nobody is gonna keep hair like this forever, i hope he realises that one day he will have to settle for a much more conservative and older look, less density, higher forehead, thinning allover etc, he may not necessarily have to go bald but it aint’t gonna be a thick head of hair like he has now.

What percentage of the top of the head typical bald area do you think this guy had just covered?
Maybe 20 percent? That might even be too high. Maybe 15 percent, or possibly even only 10 percent.

Yet isnt the typical patient good for about 7000 grafts? so this guy basically just used up 35 percent of his total grafts on about 10-15 percent , of the future bald area .

Looks great now sure.
What happens if he goes to a NW7? he will have a super thick frontal hairline, bald crown, possible halo of bald around the top transplanted area

The patien had his front 1/3rd transplanted, zones 1 and 2 completly filled in. The patient also had very dense donor where Dr. Armani estimated he has 9,000 + grafts available.

The patient was transpleanted at a high enough density in zones 1 and 2 to give him great density and multiple styling options, but also has enough grafts for zones 3 and 4 for full coverage.

we would never expect a doc to exaggerate possible donor grafts available
9000? ya right

Hangin - you have the right to your opinion, but you haven’t seen the patient in person nor do you have the medical expertise to question Dr. Armani’s evaluation.

You have seen what, one photo of the patients donor hair and know just how many grafts he has available?? That’s impressive

I am assuming you mean he HAD 9000 grafts available before this procedure, which to me is still highly doubtful

Lets assume you are correct,

What happens when his side and back hair thin considerably., Balding guys you think their donor density remains the same? years into their balding?

He started with 9000 grafts, and now has 6500, since he used 2500.; So thats 6500.
Normal aging and thinning will quickly halve that density on the sides and back so lets say in 15 yrs he has half the density so 3200 grafts available for his touch up procedure.

that cant possibly cover the remaining top area…since the crown takes way more grafts per sq cm than the top middle area.
