Dealing with hairloss is such a waste of time and money, im sure we could all be doing much more useful things in this world?? if i hadnt been so stupid to have a HT when i was 19, i would just be buzzing my hair now and getting on with life, the fact is at 30 i dont really give a sh1t about my hair anymore, but i have to get more work done now to try and make it look ‘normal’

Don’t worry about making a mistake in your past. All humans make mistakes. Every single one of us has. Hind sight is 20/20. Don’t let it get you down. Take care of the problems as best as you can and move on. You deserve better.

I started Minoxidal at 15 then had surgery at 17.Had a few more procedures & am now worse of.I regret starting the whole process & wish I wasn’t an insecure fool to have even worried about hairloss to begin with.
Age is a hell of a price to pay for maturity.
I wish propecia had come out when I was in my teens,I would have had a great life now.
I really hope HM comes out & these malicious docs go out of business.

Damon, why are you even messing around hoping for some miracle. Just get a good hair piece and end the complaining. Look at Elton John, Sam Donaldson, Marv Albert, William Shatner, the late Howard Cosell and even Adolph Hitler. They are all living proof that you can be sucessful and have a full head of hair and nobody would know they are bald if not for their celebrity status. You can too.

I disagree…I also lost my hair at 19 and had a HT at 20…I am not happy, but happier than I would have been without the HT… I too am still waiting on the “magic cure”, but do have faith in it…science has progressed immensly since the 90’s…I feel we are closer than ever…I am 37 and have been going thru this for 17 years now…so I do understand how you feel…but feel that good things are on the way

Like I said Shatner does this and he looks marvelous and I never knew Captain Kirk was even bald until a customer on my mail route told me he was. Why can’t you get something like Captain Kirk? Oh, and enough about the suicide deal. I hate to ask you this but were you a former member of GetItBack named Guitarius. He was also suicidal last year and I told him like Hangin’ told you to get help. Are you in fact Guitarius?

Why dont you try doing BHT instead of waiting for this miracle cure that probably will never come.
I am happy with it…I mean happier than I would be if I didnt have one and was bald with no hairline to frame my face…but with only so much donor hair its not as thick as I would like and I didnt do anything for the crown yet…I still have donor hair left but believe in the technology they are working on and will wait for that rather than thin my donor area any more

Raptor, have you thought about donating your pubic hair and putting it on your head. Jessica said this is possible. Just an idea if you are short on donor hair from your head.

Hangin’, I honestly had no clue that Shatner aka Captain Kirk had a hairpiece. I always thought it was real and natural. I never ever saw him bald. From his days as Kirk to TJ Hooker to now the guy always had a nice head of hair. Kind of a downer to realize it was all fake. I do know one guy who looks great with a hair piece and you can’t tell. I am talking about John Travolta. If Damon can get in touch with Travolta’s hair guy than I bet he wouldn’t be suicidal anymore.

i didnt know travolta did either but now that I do I have watched him on some shows , whle his hair does not look terrible, it looks a bit weird and he even has fake tape on the lower temples hair which looks very bizarre
but then again hes worth like 200 million so he can afford a bit more than most guys as far as wigs
i never did see shatner bald really either, he pretty much disappeared for so many years after star treck, then again did u see travolta bald, I have a pic of him wait

Transitioning in and out of a hairpiece is not as easy as it sounds simply because the people who know us, we work with, etc will in fact notice. I know, been through it myself.
