“Any AGA showing before age 20 = don’t even bother to try to treat it. Buzz down, save your money, and accept your loss.”
It’s a lot simpler.

If someone isn’t responding to fin or minox (or anything else that can stabilize their hairloss) than surgery should NOT be an option… unless, of course, that person has money to burn, and they want to look stupid for the rest of their lives.
