Anderans is probably more desparate for a solution than their customers. Their revenues are decreasing and their losses increasing. Sure, part of it is due to the recession, but they also state they are having problems converting leads into sales.
Even if they come up with a HM solution, they will milk it for as much as they can. So, the good news is that these guys are working hard for a solution or their company will continue to decreasing revenue in the hair transplant business.
