4,700 grafts Post-op only 6 months with Dr. Feller of Great Neck, NY with VIDEO

4,700 follicular units in one day using strip, dense pack, lateral slit.
6 Months post op with Dr. Feller of Great Neck, NY

This is one of my favorite recent cases. He had one of the harshest combovers I’d ever seen a person use to cover his baldness (if you scroll down to the “Before” pictures section you’ll see what I mean)

Lucky for him he had thick “salt and pepper” hair and ALOT of it.

We placed 4,700 grafts in the front and top and by his visit at only 6 months he no longer needed his combover.

He is an unusually fast grower.

What’s his back look like after 4700 grafts? How many grafts do you think he has left?

The scar was literally undetectable. He has about 3,000 grafts left, perhaps a bit more.

for 6 months i would say he has less than expected, not a quick grower, his hair is great for hair transplant and i hope he gets more density than he has now, it is low, did you spread the grafts what is the density you placed. Look forward to an update with better pictures.

To say a scar is literally undetectable from a doc is quite a statement, can you back this up please, I can hide a scar under a ton of hair.

Who knows , maybe he did a triclosure on him, he looks 10x better than the combover but i m just not digging his new hairdo, sorry.

We did do a tricho closure on him. When I looked for his scar it was literally gone. Nothing to take a picture of. It is rare, but it does happen in about 10% of cases. He will be coming back in 3 months for more follow up photos. I’ll seperate his hair and take close up photos as well as video.

With respect Dr Feller many clinics have taken pictures of scars and even great ones in my opinion you can see something. My problem is, like in the other thread you make statements with no proof, and the way you talk makes you sound more like a salesman not a doctor, leave that to spex.

The pictures are not loading on my computer?
