-Megasessions ( over 2500 grafts in one session ) is becoming our daily routine at my WHTC .It is usually performed in multiple days and so far our results are consistants with this protocole .
I usually insist patient’s hairs characteristics play a big role in final results .someone should consider the contrast skin color vs hair color ; wave of your hairs ; hair caliber ; calculated density ie number of hairs per grafts because what provide coverage is not the grafting density but the volume of hairs displaced or hair density .

During the surgery ,the patient asked me to cherry pick all the dark hairs and I did it with fewer extraction on the sides .Because he didn’t want to have a lot of grey hairs .
And at 12 months I found out this result ( most of the donor area in the occipital zone was darker than the side ).

I second that, great result but the colour is off, I wonder what is the best way to fix the colour problem without using hair dyes.
