» what happens when you continue to experience hair loss?
The hair loss its something that you never know if it will stop or not, the only thing that you can do to avoid risks is to do a transplant only if necessary and with the proper conditions, for example this patient its 39 years old, at this age we dont expect that his hairloss became much more aggressive, ok it can loose more hair in the future but considering the case this is not a problem, additionally the patient is taking Finasteride and Minoxidil, so its reasonable to believe that he will not need another procedure for at least 10-15 years, and then if he needs some more work in the future then there is enough donor to afford, no scars and good density keep the donor in perfect conditions to do it.

this looks really good especially at 4 months! good job. if he got more in the hairline it’d be good, but as he’s 39 it looks great as is especially with the short cut.

I forgot who said this, but someone or some doctor said to start finaisteride before hair transplant, not after. Is there a difference either way?

It’s a good result so far and good usage of the # of grafts.
And it had better turn out well. IMHO there’s no way he’s ever getting another 3000 grafts from that safe zone. I might guess that he could get another 1500-2000 from raiding throughout his whole scalp in the future.

Mmm… dont know exactly what do you mean, the patient dont have grey hairs according with my records, and white bumps I dont know exactly what it is, also his skin is normal, maybe it is only the light reflected in the scalp and humid hair.
