This is a class 3 patient with some thinning up to the class 4 stage. He wanted to add more density to the front thinner area and enhance the less thin area behind. Regarding the result these are recent photos, the patient still have 4 months in front during which the result will mature and can also improve a bit.
To follow treatment is a good thing to try to stop or to slow the progression of the alopecia but if your hair continue falling then you have to understand that you could need more work done in the future to keep the good appearance. In this sense a good management of the donor since day one will be providential.
