I’m an independent hair transplant patient advocate with over fifteen years of experience working in the hair restoration industry. By “independent” I mean I do not work for any single clinic nor do I promote the message of any single clinic. I instead support multiple clinics. What I do for each clinic varies depending on their needs but in general I help to make sure they give the best patient experience possible and I help to refine their internal operational protocols. These clinics also support my message that surgery is the last resort and an informed patient is the best patient. My ultimate goal is to help patients make the best decisions for themselves even if that decision means to not have surgery at all.

Regardless, the information I may share on this forum is not unbiased as being unbiased, whether you are a professional or a patient, is impossible. I am, however, fair and factual. Why? Because I have the freedom to be since, again, I don’t work or promote any single clinic and hair restoration patients deserve nothing less.
